wonderful romantic escape

amazing suitespacious roombalcony viewslow elevator
i loved everything. the location felt so close to the heart of it all, yet tucked away. the suite we had was amazing, spacious and filled with light, was like our own little apartment. i was very glad about balcony view from the hotel room, i could lose myself in the distance every evening.
the elevator was a bit slow. i think they could use a second one for the size of the building. we found ourselves waiting a little longer than we liked.
Rooms
10/10
our suite included a separate living area and bedroom. a full kitchen with modern appliances made evenings so special. it was lovely that the bathroom had dual sinks and a jacuzzi tub where we spent time relaxing.
Location
9/10
The hotel is positioned excellently allowing short trips to main attractions. finding nearby restaurants and shops was very easy and accessible. the neighborhood had a safe and cute environment. We never felt worried walking around.
Facilities
8/10
i remember the pool being a perfect place for relaxation, with many lounge chairs available. the fitness center included several treadmills and elliptical machines for exercise. a small business center had computers and printers, very helpful for travel.
Service

staff at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and promptly assisted us. housekeeping services are available daily upon request, convenient. the hotel also offered complimentary wi-fi throughout the building, very consistent.

adequate stay, but issues require attention

stained couchcrunchy blanket
the couch had a very visible dirty appearance with many stains. sheets also showed makeup and hair residue. a pullout couch was unusable. its mattress had to be placed on the floor using cushions. a blanket felt crunchy. i feel the hotel needs to address these cleaning oversights.

Balanced Stay Experience

nice locationrelaxing atmospherehelpful stafflong waitsmall roomsmall shower
Other companies rent out this location. The location was really nice and relaxing. The staff was so nice and allowed us to park in front of the main lobby doors so we could unload our car easily. The front desk staff was a 10/10. They got us everything we needed including ice. Even though the room has an ice maker in the fridge.
I arrived and there was only one person working the front desk, so there was a long wait to check in. I specifically requested a non-first floor room when I made my reservation months ago. I was given a room on the first floor. Though the rooms are small. The shower and tub is so small. You can barely do a complete turn!
